We began be exploring measurement words and extended our vobaullary with words such as petit, minute, tiny, gigantic, enormous etc.
Then we explored a Giants foot print - we compared the foot to our own, estimated and measured it.
We estimated and measured times in the room, measured our hands and feet, ordered different measurements, measured how far we could throw and answered tricky word problems by measuring straws.
We all enjoyed ourselves and Mrs Clarke was dazzled by all our hard work!
